Ordering & downloading
How do I receive my template?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on screen and you'll receive an email with a link to your files. There's nothing shipped — all our products are digital.
I didn't receive my email. What should I do?
First check your spam or promotions folder. Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll send your files again.
Do you have a discount for first orders?
Yes! Use code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off your first order.
Editing your template
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. All our templates work with a free Canva account. If you don't have one yet, you can sign up for free when you open your template.
What can I change?
Names, dates, times, venue, RSVP details and all wording. You can also change fonts, colours, text size and the layout of elements, so the design fits your celebration perfectly.
Can I edit on my phone?
Yes, you can edit in the Canva app on your phone or tablet. For larger changes, editing on a computer is usually easier.
How many times can I edit my template?
As often as you like. Your template is yours to keep, so you can return to it any time.
Printable vs. website invitations
What's the difference?
Printable invitations are designed to be downloaded as a PDF, JPG or PNG and printed or sent as an image. Website invitations are interactive mini-websites you share with one link, including your party details, an online RSVP and clickable registry or wishlist links. No printing needed.
How does the RSVP on a website invitation work?
Guests reply directly through the RSVP section on your invitation website. Every website invitation comes with a step-by-step guide that shows you how to set up your RSVP and share your link.
Can I see a website invitation before I buy?
Yes. Each website invitation has a link to a live demo in its product description, so you can click through it just like your guests would.
Printing
What size are the printable invitations?
Our invitations are set to 5×7 inches and are easy to resize in Canva to 4×6", A5 or A6. Other items, like welcome signs, place cards and food labels, list their sizes in the product description.
Can I print at home?
Absolutely. We recommend a white matte cardstock (110 lb or heavier) and printing at 100% (actual size). You can also use a local copy shop or an online print service. See our printing guide for tips.
How many copies can I print?
As many as you need for your own event.
Usage
Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?
Our templates are for personal use only. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the templates or template links is not allowed. Planning something commercial? Contact us first.
Can I request a custom design or colour?
Most colours can be changed yourself in Canva. For other requests, send us a message and we'll see what's possible.
